Prologue:
The planet of Sanctum was ravaged by a natural disaster many years ago.
The surviving inhabitants took refuge in a small patch of surviving green space.
In present day, the inhabitants of the small village scavenge the surrounding wastelands for materials.
The village is now burdened by mischievous prowlers, hellbent on eating every flower they see!
Controls:
- Movement - W A S D
- Shoot - Left Mouse Button
- Equip Gun - E
This game was made in 4 days for JamDNA #5.
The criteria this game is based on are:
- Whirl - The planet is destroyed by a disastrous tornado.
- Mischievous - The village is burdened by flower eating pests.
- Happy - The main character, Ava, is overcome with joy when she finds a flower while scavenging the wastelands.
- Upbeat Sounds - The music in the game.

The idea and artstyle of the game are both very good, which makes it a little disappointing how short the game was, i wish there was more to it, a bigger world to explore and to try navigate back home, a system to gather resources to aid you in the wasteland, more dangers to worry about then just the psychotic murder chickens that roam the city, perhaps even dangerous weather to worry about.
As it stands its just a very short game with not a lot going to do
It would be cool to see more Sanctum. Also, why are the chickens so aggressive? :)
I'd bet it's a nod at The Legend of Zelda. Chickens in those games are famously angry.
